Kamloops This Week - Alleged gangster Falsetta run down and arrested: "After a week on the lam, Kamloops Mounties arrested Dustin Falsetta on Wednesday morning (June 16) at house in town.
But the alleged gangster wasn’t planning on going quietly, as he was taken down following a short foot chase by a uniformed officer.
“We’re pleased he’s back in custody and no one was injured,” RCMP Sgt. Scott Wilson said.
“It’s very good for the community to have this individual back in jail.”
An arrest warrant had been issued for Falsetta after he twice failed to show up at court for sentencing."

Four Britons were being held on the Costa del Sol today accused of the shooting of a Liverpool man last month.Beachfront bar security boss Marvin Herbert was gunned down on September 24 at Puerto Banus, the millionaires’ yacht marina on the edge of Marbella.The 33-year-old was shot five times in the eye, the groin, pelvis, right leg and right arm.He was attacked in broad daylight by a lone gunman in front of dozens of witnesses.Herbert remains in hospital after a series of operations. A Hells Angels associate shot to death in Marin last weekend was identified Monday as William Crompton Maclean, 25, of San Leandro. The investigation into Maclean's death continued Monday as police looked for the red sport-utility vehicle that raced away after the homicide. The sheriff's department was still trying to determine whether the shooting was related to the motorcycle association's activities, or whether some other motive was at play, said sheriff's Sgt.
