Gus Galindo said Friday that Perry, who has been in custody on an unrelated gun charge since Jan. 6, has admitted his involvement in the killing.Scott, a Fairfield resident who grew up in West Oakland, was shot Nov. 20, while driving in the 3100 block of San Pablo Avenue. The car then crashed into a building.
