Detectives say a man named Anthony Russell threw a bottle at Montez Davis' car. Davis circled around the parking lot, started shooting at Russel but hit Lawrence instead.Police say after that Davis, drove a block away to his house on Tunnel Boulevard. That's when someone, drove by and started shooting at the home.
