Four known gang members allegedly involved in a bitter war between two rival groups have been charged after an early morning shooting in Chinatown on Sunday.With weapons and attempted murder charges already laid in this incident, and more expected against others this week, police are saying this investigation could put a "significant dent" in the fight."This is the latest chapter in an ongoing dispute," said Calgary police acting Insp.
